Ending your session

After hours you’re the closing crew. Two minutes, five things, and the bay is ready for the next person — same as it was ready for you.

Before you start

  • About five minutes left on your booking.

1Watch the clock — or extend

  1. Your time ends at the end time on your booking. There’s no buffer — the next group may be walking in as you finish.
  2. Want to keep going? Open the booking portal and extend your booking if the next slot is open. Do it before your time runs out.
  3. Plan to be packing up with about five minutes left. The checklist below takes two.
Please don’t play past your end time without extending. The bay after yours is someone else’s booking, and after hours there’s no one to smooth it over.

2Sign out of your accounts

  1. GSPro: quit the round, then choose Log out from the main menu. Leave GSPro open at the login screen.
  2. Uneekor: tap your name and choose Sign out, if you signed in.
  3. Leave the PC on and both programs open. The next guest wakes it up the same way you did.
Your data is already saved to your accounts. Signing out just means the next person can’t see it — and you don’t end up with their round on your card.

3Reset the bay

  • Every ball back in the basket — check the corners and behind the screen.
  • Loaner clubs back on the rack.
  • Hitting strip and mat back on their marks, tee in place.
  • Trash and cans in the bins. Spill? Paper towels are at the bar.
  • Chairs and table roughly where you found them.

The rule after hours is simple: leave it the way you’d want to find it. The next group didn’t book a clean-up.

4Leave the equipment alone

  • PC — leave it on. It sleeps on its own.
  • Projector / TV — leave it on; it goes to standby by itself.
  • Overhead unit — never touched. It’s aligned to the millimetre.
  • Cables, mounts, wall gear — same.
Something broke, tore, or isn’t working? Text us before you leave with the bay number and a photo if you can. Reporting it is all we ask — nobody gets in trouble for a torn screen they told us about.

5Lock up

  1. Phone, keys, jacket, your own clubs. Look under the chairs.
  2. Everyone who came in with you leaves with you.
  3. At the front door, let it close fully and give it a tug. It should be locked.

That’s it. Thanks for looking after the place — it’s what makes 24/7 access work for everyone. See you next time.

Still stuck? Text us.

Day or night, a quick text is the fastest way to reach a real person. Tell us your bay number and what you see on screen.
