Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know before your first session.

Two different things, so here's both. Staffed hours — when there's someone behind the bar and you can walk in cold — are Monday–Thursday 10 AM – 10 PM, Friday–Saturday 10 AM – 11 PM, and Sunday 10 AM – 5 PM. Beer and wine are served during staffed hours only. Self-service access available 24/7 once you're set up. That's every hour of every day, including overnight — and you do not need a membership for it.
Any adult can — membership is not required. Stop in once during staffed hours and we'll set you up in about two minutes: a valid government-issued ID on file, a credit card on file, and a refundable $100 card authorization hold that covers incidentals during unstaffed hours and is released per our terms. That one-time setup unlocks your Whoosh smart-lock access for good — book a bay at 2 AM on a Tuesday if that's when you play. Independent 24/7 entry is set up for adults 18 and over. Junior members are welcome any hour too — outside staffed hours a parent or guardian just needs to book the bay and stay on site. See our terms of agreement for full details.
Book online through our booking portal, powered by Whoosh. Walk-ins are welcome during staffed hours when capacity allows. Members get an advance booking window — 14 days on Birdie, 21 days on Eagle. See rates and hours or compare memberships.
You're welcome to bring your own clubs. If you don't have a set or prefer not to transport them, we offer loaner clubs at no additional charge.
We offer a curated selection of canned beer and wine during staffed hours, TABC-licensed and served from the lounge bar. Outside food is welcome — we're in a shopping center with plenty of nearby options. We just ask that you care for the facility and lounge, be mindful of other guests, and clean up after yourself so the space stays great for everyone.
Per bay, per hour — not per person. Bring as many players as the bay holds and split it however you like. Full rates are on our Play & Pricing page.
Three tiers: Birdie (unlimited off-peak plus 8 peak hours), Eagle (totally unlimited), and Junior (for student players under 18, or 18–21 with a valid student ID). Each comes with two billing options: Monthly, month-to-month with no long-term commitment, or Annual, a 12-month commitment at a lower rate. Both are billed monthly. See our membership page for full details and pricing.
No. Anyone can book a bay by the hour, and any adult can get 24/7 self-service access after a one-time setup. Membership is about value, not entry — if you play more than a few hours a month it costs less than paying hourly, and it adds an advance booking window and a discount on merchandise, leagues and clinics. Compare the tiers.
Monthly members can cancel anytime with 30 days' written notice — billing stays active during the notice period, and there's no early-cancellation fee. Annual members commit to 12 months; cancelling during that initial term means you're responsible for 50% of the remaining fees due through the rest of the term. Extenuating circumstances such as medical reasons or relocation may qualify for early termination without penalty at our discretion. See our terms of agreement for full details.
We welcome golfers of all ages. During staffed hours, anyone under 18 must be with a parent, guardian or responsible adult. Outside staffed hours, anyone under 18 is welcome when a parent or guardian has booked the bay and stays on site for the whole visit — a minor just can't let themselves in unaccompanied. Junior members can play any hour on that basis. Full detail is in the Minors Policy in our terms of agreement.
Absolutely. We host team-building events, corporate outings, birthday parties, holiday events and tournament watch parties. Groups can reserve private bays or the full facility. See event packages and pricing.
We're currently sourcing PGA-certified instructors who fit our culture — we'd rather wait than put the wrong coach in front of our guests. If you're an instructor interested in working with us, or a player who wants to know the moment lessons open, get in touch.

Yes — Birdie Central eGift cards are delivered instantly by email or text and never expire. They can be applied at the counter during staffed hours toward bay time, beer & wine, merchandise, or event bookings.
Yes — our Champions Discount takes 10% off monthly membership dues for active military, veterans, first responders, teachers, and seniors. Just show a valid ID during staffed hours when you sign up. See memberships for the tiers it applies to.
Every bay runs a Uneekor Eye XO2 overhead dual-camera launch monitor paired with a BenQ AK700ST 4K short-throw projector. The XO2 captures precise ball and club data on every shot — the same technology used in professional club fittings. Our blog breaks down what those numbers actually mean.
