Food, Drinks & Cleanup

Bring the cake and snacks. Outside food and non-alcoholic drinks are always welcome at every event. A flat setup & cleanup fee covers table setup, trash removal, and turf-safe cleanup after your party, so you can just enjoy it. Members hosting a party pay no fee.

For the adults: add a Beer & Wine Package (pre-stocked fridge of canned beer and wine, $150 to $400) during staffed hours. Just mention it in your inquiry.

Good to Know

Booking Policies

A few things to know before you book.

2-hour minimum for all events. Friday and weekend full facility buyouts require 3 hours.

50% deposit at booking. Balance due 48 hours before your event.

Cancellations 7+ days out: full refund. 3 to 6 days: 50% refund. Under 3 days: credit toward a future booking.

Please confirm your guest count 48 hours before your event.

Canned beer and wine are available for purchase during staffed hours (we don't sell liquor). Guests 21+ with valid ID.

Events during unmanned hours are available to members only (private bay packages).

Pricing subject to change. Corporate and recurring event discounts available on request.
