About the $100 hold: during unstaffed hours a refundable $100 card hold covers incidentals; it's a hold, not a charge. Adults 18+ set up entry; juniors play after hours with a parent or guardian on site.
A fantastic experience from start to finish. I went in the day before to get set up, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The customer service was exceptional, and the simulator itself was even better. I'll absolutely be back!

Do I need to bring clubs or golf shoes?
No. Bring your own clubs or borrow ours free. Sneakers and whatever you're wearing are fine; this is not a country club.
How many people fit in a bay, and what does it cost?
Up to 6 people fit a bay, and you pay one rate per bay, not per person. Bays start at $25 an hour; four friends on a Friday night work out to about $11 each an hour. See all rates.
How long should I book?
A good first booking is one to two hours: one hour is about 9 holes for 2 players. Bigger group or a full 18? Book longer; there's no minimum or maximum commitment.
Can we bring food and drinks?
Bring dinner, order delivery, whatever. Canned beer and wine are served during staffed hours. Just leave the bay how you found it.
