Questions

What counts as peak hours?

Mon to Thu 4 to 9 PM, plus all day Friday, Saturday and Sunday. All other hours are off-peak.

Birdie and Junior include 8 peak hours a month. Peak hours don’t roll over; extra peak time can be booked at posted hourly rates.

Can I bring friends?

Yes. Bays are priced per bay, not per person, so your group shares the bay. The booking holder stays on site for the whole session, and after hours guests can be there only while the verified booking holder is present.

How does 24/7 access work?

Adults 18+ get verified once, in person during staffed hours, with a government-issued ID and a credit card on file. After that you can book any hour in Whoosh.

Each booking comes with a 6-digit PIN for the door. It works from 15 minutes before your booking starts.

Juniors can play after hours with a parent or guardian, who books the bay and stays on site for the visit.

Monthly or annual?

Month-to-month: cancel anytime with 30 days’ written notice.

Annual: about 10% lower, on a 12-month commitment billed monthly. Cancelling during the first 12 months costs 50% of the remaining first-year fees. After 12 months it rolls to month-to-month.

Can I pause my membership?

Yes, for up to 2 months per calendar year, in full-month increments, with no fee. Ask in writing at least 10 days before the pause starts. Your commitment extends by the months you pause.

What happens after I join?

Sign-up runs through Whoosh, our club platform: pick a plan, check out, and your membership is active immediately. Member rates and booking windows apply automatically the next time you book.
