Need help? Let’s get you back to golf.

Most bay issues clear up in under a minute. Work down this page in order — and if you’re still stuck, we’re one tap away at the bottom.

Start here — the 60-second check

Nine times out of ten it’s one of these. Glance at each before doing anything else:

  • The projector (or TV in the private bays) is powered on and its light is on.
  • The PC under the desk is on — you should see a power light and hear the fan.
  • The Uneekor unit overhead has its status light on.
  • On screen, Uneekor, the Uneekor Connector, and GSPro are all open and running.

1Blank, frozen, or “no signal” screen

  1. Check the projector or TV is on. Use the bay’s remote — press power once and give it 20–30 seconds to warm up.
  2. If it shows “No Signal”, the PC is likely asleep or off. Wiggle the mouse or tap the keyboard on the desk to wake it.
  3. Still black after waking it? The PC may need a restart — see Restart the PC below.
Please don’t change the projector’s input/source or unplug any cables — that usually turns a 60-second fix into a longer one. Text us instead and we’ll sort it.

2Restart the simulator PC

A restart fixes the large majority of software hiccups. It takes a couple of minutes.

  1. Find the PC tower on or under the desk in your bay.
  2. Press and release the power button once to shut it down. If the screen doesn’t close out within ~30 seconds, press and hold the same button for 10 seconds until it powers all the way off.
  3. Wait about 10 seconds, then press the power button once more to turn it back on.
  4. Let it fully boot to the desktop. The simulator software may launch on its own — if it doesn’t, follow Software not running.
Only restart the PC. There’s no need to touch the overhead Uneekor unit, the projector wiring, or anything mounted to the wall or ceiling.

3Power on the Uneekor launch monitor

The Uneekor is the sensor mounted overhead, above the hitting area — it’s what reads your ball and club. It should already be powered whenever the bay is open.

  1. Look up at the unit and check for a status light. A lit indicator means it has power.
  2. If there’s no light, confirm the PC is on first (Step 2) — the Uneekor and its software come up together.
  3. Open the Uneekor software on the PC (see Step 4). It will connect to the overhead unit automatically once both are on.
Never pull down on, adjust, or unplug the overhead unit — it’s precisely aligned. If it looks off or unlit, text us and we’ll take a look.

4Make sure the software is running

Three programs need to be open, and it helps to start them in this order:

1. Uneekor 2. Uneekor Connector 3. GSPro
  1. Open Uneekor first (its icon is on the desktop or taskbar). Give it a moment to find the overhead unit.
  2. Open the Uneekor Connector — this is the bridge that feeds your shots into the game. Leave its window open in the background.
  3. Open GSPro last. When it loads, it should show it’s connected and ready to hit.
  4. If one of the three is closed or errored, close it and re-open it in the order above. If they still won’t connect, do a full PC restart (Step 2) and let all three launch fresh.
If GSPro says it can’t connect, it’s almost always because the Uneekor Connector isn’t open yet. Start it before GSPro and the connection lines up on its own.

5Shots aren’t registering

You’re swinging but nothing shows up on screen:

  1. Confirm all three programs are still running (Step 4) — the Uneekor Connector quietly dropping out is the usual culprit.
  2. Tee up in the hitting zone — place the ball on the marked spot on the mat so the overhead sensor can see it.
  3. Check the software shows it’s “ready” or armed for the next shot before you swing.
  4. Still nothing? A quick PC restart re-syncs the sensor and the game.
