Club Rules & Etiquette
A few guidelines to keep the experience great for everyone.

Respect the Equipment
Treat all simulators, projectors, and hitting mats with care. Report any damage or issues immediately so we can keep everything in top shape.

Stick to Your Booking
Please arrive on time and wrap up by the end of your session. Late arrivals may result in shortened time. Cancel or reschedule at least 2 hours in advance.

Clean Up After Yourself
Return any loaner clubs, throw away trash, and leave your bay ready for the next player. The lounge is a shared space — please keep it tidy.

No Outside Alcohol
We offer a curated beer and wine selection during staffed hours. Outside alcohol is not permitted. Outside food is welcome.

Minors Must Be Supervised
Guests under 18 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

Be Considerate of Others
Keep noise at a reasonable level, especially in the open bay area. Be mindful of other members' sessions and personal space.

Appropriate Attire
No strict dress code, but please wear comfortable golf-appropriate attire and clean, non-marking shoes on the turf and hitting areas.

Verified Guest Access Responsibility
After-hours access is reserved for verified guests and is tied to the account holder only. Don't share your access code — friends are welcome to come in during staffed hours and get verified themselves. The facility is monitored 24/7 by UniFi cameras and smart lock logs.
