Booking Policies
A few things to know before you book.
Minimum booking of 2 hours for all event packages.
Weekend & Friday full facility buyouts require a 3-hour minimum.
50% deposit required at booking. Remaining balance due 48 hours before your event.
Cancellations 7+ days out: full refund. 3–6 days: 50% refund. Under 3 days: no refund (credit toward future booking).
Guest count must be confirmed 48 hours before event. Per-head package pricing adjusts accordingly.
Beer & wine available for purchase during staffed hours only. Canned beer and wine — no liquor (TABC BG permit).
Events during unmanned hours available for members only (private bay packages).
All pricing subject to change. Corporate and recurring event discounts available upon request.
